Deadline of deleting processed data: until the withdrawal of Consent.

You can request to opt out of receiving newsletters and to have your Personal Data deleted or modified by clicking on the link in the newsletter, or sent by post at the address published in point 6 of this document.

4.4. Customer correspondence for the service

If you have any questions or problems when using our services, you can contact the editors of the service using the contact us section of the service.

  1. Remedies for breach

The Data Subject may request information about the processing of his or her Personal Data and may request the rectification or – except for processing required by law – the erasure of his or her Personal Data in the manner indicated when the data were collected. At the request of the Data Subject, Ganz Transformers and Electric Rotating machines Ltd. as the Data Controller shall provide information about the Data processed by it or by a processor it has engaged, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name, address (registered office) and activity of the Data processor, as well as who is receiving or has received the data and for what purpose. The Data Controller shall provide the information in writing in an intelligible form within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 30 days. This information shall be provided free of charge if the person requesting the information has not yet submitted a request for information to the Data Controller in the current year in the same field. In other cases, Ganz Transformers and Electric Rotating machines Ltd. shall charge a fee.
